DEWA transforms 76% of its services into agentic AI-powered services

Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) has successfully transformed 16 of its 21 services into agentic artificial intelligence (agentic AI)-powered services in less than 90 days, representing 76% of its total service portfolio. The remaining 5 services will be completed within the next two months. The achievement far exceeds the government target of transforming 50% of services within two years, enhancing autonomous execution and decision-making while contributing to a more efficient and proactive government model.
