Slab Tariff

In line with the decision of Dubai Supreme Council of Energy, slab tariff and fuel surcharge are applied on monthly electricity & water consumption.

In slab tariff, price increases progressively with the increase of electricity and water consumption.

Fuel surcharge are calculated based on electricity consumption (AED/kWh) & water consumption (AED/m³) and included in the monthly bill. Fuel surcharge vary based on increase or decrease in fuel prices supplied to DEWA generation plants.

The current tariff intended to promote efficient consumption of electricity and water at a time it is increasingly needed, equally in the conservation and preservation of our precious resources.
