Key Information

Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) has streamlined the Electricity Network Modification request process by integrating it with the Building NOC – Electricity service.

Once the DEWA team verifies the Building NOC – Electricity request and identifies DEWA services within the plot, the Electricity Network Modification application will be proactively initiated on behalf of the customer. Both the project owner and the contractor/consultant will be notified. After the network modification is completed, the Building NOC – Electricity will be issued, ensuring a seamless end-to-end journey with minimal effort.

For remaining scenarios, contractors/consultants can submit their Electricity Network Modification applications directly through the DEWA website.
