Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) has enabled contractors to submit soil investigation no-objection certificate (NOC) applications through the Roads and Transport Authority’s digital platform. This initiative enhances Dubai’s advanced digital infrastructure and ensures seamless integration across government systems. The instant auto-approval for soil investigation NOCs has accelerated certificate issuance by 81%.

This milestone reflects DEWA’s commitment to leveraging smart technologies to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
