Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) is participating in the 23rd Ru’ya, Careers UAE 2024, the leading recruitment, skills development, and networking platform for young Emiratis. The event, held under the theme "[YOU]th Can," will take place at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) from 24-26 September 2024.

At stand Z4-5, DEWA will highlight its Assessment and Development Centre, which plays a key role in supporting its human resources operations. The Centre is staffed by renowned occupational psychologists and internationally certified Emirati professionals. At the stand, DEWA's team will provide comprehensive information on its precise and thorough process for evaluating, selecting, and recruiting the most talented and capable Emiratis, adhering to the highest standards of fairness and transparency. The Centre demonstrates how candidates are assessed and tested to ensure the most suitable individuals are selected for available positions. The stand will also showcase several initiatives and research projects developed by students at DEWA Academy, who benefit from a supportive educational and training environment. DEWA Academy fosters innovation and development, honing students’ academic and professional skills to align with current job market needs and trends.
