Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) is offering visitors to its stand the chance to win valuable prizes through exciting raffles and interactive activities during the 45th edition of GITEX Global 2025. Located at stand A40 in Hall H18 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, DEWA’s showcase aims to encourage customers to use digital services and reduce their carbon footprint. Additionally, customers who used DEWA’s smart services through its website or smart app between 1 August and 30 September will qualify for 40 exclusive vouchers and entry into the annual GITEX draw. These services included activating Electricity/Water (Move-in), registering an EV account under the Green Charger initiative, charging electric vehicles, participating in the Shams Dubai programme, responding to technical notifications through Smart Response, enabling Away Mode, using the Consumption Assessment Tool, conducting transactions through Rammas – powered by generative AI GPT – and setting up auto payment via DubaiNow.
