The Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) Women’s Committee has organised a number of virtual awareness lectures to enhance the skills of female employees in managing stress, navigating challenges and supporting their children during distance learning to ensure the continuity of education under all circumstances.

Attended by more than 300 female employees, the sessions featured specialists and consultants who highlighted the latest global best practices that support women as they balance their roles as professionals and mothers, while enhancing overall well-being and work-life balance.

“We work in line with the directives of the wise leadership to consolidate the position of women as key partners in the development journey and in building generations capable of continuing down the path of excellence and achievement. The Women’s Committee provides institutional and community support for women and is committed to maintaining continuous communication with female employees to better understand their needs and interests, and to meet their requirements and aspirations at all levels,” said Fatima Mohammed Al Jokar, Chairperson of the DEWA Women’s Committee.

The female employees expressed their appreciation to DEWA for its commitment to creating an interactive and motivating environment that helps ensure the highest levels of happiness and positivity in both the workplace and at home.
