Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) has once again received the Great Place to Work® Certification, awarded by Great Place to Work®, in collaboration with Fortune Magazine. The ranking is based on an independent, large-scale analysis conducted by the Great Place to Work Institute in the UAE. DEWA ranked first among public sector organisations in the UAE for 2025, and also led the large organisations category for 2025 and 2026. This achievement reaffirms DEWA’s leadership in fostering a motivating and inspiring work environment.
