Screen Reader: Reads out loud all displayed text, including headings, paragraphs, lists and links

How does the Visual Support Profile help blind users?

The Visual Support Profile is designed to work seamlessly with assistive technologies like screen readers. It reads the text and content on the page aloud, allowing users who are completely blind to understand the information presented without needing to see it visually.

How does it work?

Simply move the mouse pointer over the text on the page, or use dedicated keyboard shortcuts for the screen reader, and the tool will begin reading the visible content.

Users can also activate the "Auto-Read" feature, which enables the screen reader to read the entire page automatically upon opening, without requiring manual interaction.

Additionally, there is an image description feature:

If the page contains images, the tool will read the written description of the image (if available) when the mouse hovers over it or in the order in which the images appear on the page.
