DEWA’s two stands at WETEX highlight its role in advancing energy and water security and sustainability
Under the directives of HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and under the patronage of HH Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Dubai Supreme Council of Energy, Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) organised the 28th edition of the Water, Energy, Technology and Environment Exhibition (WETEX) from 20 to 22 October 2026 at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

Dubai Supreme Council of Energy launches the sixth edition of the ‘Emirates Energy Award’, worth USD 1 million, under the theme “Innovating for Sustainable and Resilient Energy”
The Dubai Supreme Council of Energy launched the 6th Emirates Energy Award (EEA) 2026–2028 held under the patronage of HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, under the theme ‘Innovating for Sustainable and Resilient Energy’. This announcement was made by HE Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, Vice Chairman of Dubai Supreme Council of Energy and Chairman of Emirates Energy Award, during the activities of the 12th edition of the World Green Economy Summit at Dubai World Trade Centre.
